From time to time FyeBye, Inc. Events are filmed, audio recorded or photographed. By accepting an invitation to attend a FyeBye, Inc. Event you provide permission to both FyeBye, Inc. and any other media use the material. The footage, images, audio, and any feedback you provide may appear in printed publications, on television or radio, in newsletters, and on our websites. 

Please understand that FyeBye, Inc. Events are extremely tailored, and planning is a time-consuming process. Our staff, speakers, and partners have worked hard to ensure that each of the young entrepreneurs and student leaders in attendance receive a total professional and personal life-changing experience. A cancellation at any time can be a real setback to the process. Your place cannot be reserved or confirmed until payment has been received. Once your payment has been processed, it will be contributed to the expenses of the event and you are not eligible for a refund. Payments are non-transferable to other attendee accounts. If you do not show up for the event once you have confirmed that you will attend, your registration fee is forfeit.
